Bowefield is arguably the finest small prestige residential development in this part of Waterford City. This truly exceptional site, which is located off the Gracedieu Road, is perched on the slopes above the River Suir. It commands views over the city beneath, yet residents are within literally a few minutes walk of the City Centre. This is, without question, one of Waterford’s most sought after residential areas.

The superior three and four bedroom detached homes here have been designed to blend into the contours of the surrounding landscape and include dramatic split level living.
