“FIND THAT EXTRA SPECIAL HOME.”

Located on Great Island, Cobh is a picturesque village of exceptional character and scenery. Reflecting the visual charm of the area, a cruise liner terminal has been established in Cobh Harbour, one of the largest and safest harbours in Ireland. Tourism is strong in the area. One of the main attractions of the region, Fota Wildlife Park, is just five miles away. Visitors also come to Cobh to see the historic St. Colman’s Cathedral, to visit the Titanic Visitor Centre and to walk the Titanic Trail.

Cluain Ard is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cobh Village and the train station, and lies on the Cork City side of the village.

Cobh is well serviced by train, bus and ferry services, making it a particularly easy commute for people working in Cork City, Ringaskiddy, Little Island and Midleton. The City centre is just 10 minutes journey away, thanks to a new commuter train which provides frequent services to the village. The main dual carriageway, giving access to the City, Midleton, Glanmire and the main road to Dublin, is just eight miles from Cobh. A ferry, which leaves at two minute intervals, connects Cobh with Glenbrook, Passage West. From here Rochestown and the South Ring Road are just three miles to the west and Ringaskiddy three miles to the south. The South Ring affords speedy access to centres such as Douglas and Cork Airport.
